Thanks I have received all items in normal condition.
Anyhow what I mentioned that u put 3 small packages in 1 much bigger cartoon what increased shipping charge at least twice. And apart of that 3 packages were very loosely in that cartoon and they shook much there....

Unfortunately initially the wrong size coals were delivered for my gas fire.However once I had notified My Tub they were very helpful and efficient.Most impressed with how quickly Stephen responded to my emails.

DELIVERY PROMPT AS EXPECTED BUT I AM WONDERING WHETHER DRIVER KNOCKED ON MY DOOR, I HEARD THE VAN DRIVE OFF BUT DIDNT KNOW IT WAS THE VAN FOR ME, NEIGHBOUR BROUGHT PARCEL ROUND IN EVENING; I DID SAY IT WAS ULIKELY I WOULD BE IN AND IF NO REPLY TO LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR WHICH HE DID SO THERE WAS NO PROBLEM, BUT SINCE YOU ASKED...................
