I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! The service I received from My Tub can only be described as 1st class. I dealt with Christine and she bent over backwards to help me.
Ordering was painless and I received my order by 10 am the following day.
The web page is both comprehensive and easy to navigate and if you don't see what you want a quick phone call will solve most problems.

Yes I have now received my motorised valve but not without a hic up ! I appears that some where alone the process of sending me the valve my delivery address was manually transferred or maybe read from a post code. I gave you the address of Bucksburn Academy and the package was addressed Bucksburn Clinic. I was good fortune that you put my mobile phone number on the parcel and some kind health visitor called it!
Any how I am pleased with the valve and will not hesitate to use you again because your pricing is good and the delivery is quick potentially!.

Following damage on the first delivery the replacement arrived very well packed but still with two bent pins at the end of the bulb!!! This obviously did not happen in transit. It seems that a consignment delivered to you must have been damaged. I advise checking before delivery. I have managed to sort out a bulb so that it is usable and it seems OK.
