The item I ordered was delivered on the day specified. I was kept informed every step of the way. As the item was a replacement part from a different manufacturer to the original part the electrical connections were in different places and as such I thought there could have been better wiring instructions supplied. Having said that I would definitely use this company in the future if the need arose....

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
I must say that your customer service is excellent and top class, and keeping me advised of progress was very appreciated.
I would without question recommend you and will use again if required.
