Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. The item arrived on the confirmed date. However, I had it delivered to my work address large organisation and my name was omitted from the address label. Fortunately it included my phone number otherwise there would have been a delay in receipt.

On the one hand, the purchasing experience online ordering payment was fine, and the communication through the various stages trying to get a delivery date, clarifying delivery address, following up when deliveries failed to occur was very good.
However, the great let-down was the fulfilment of the order:
1 It was most disappointing, in this day and age, that a delivery date could not have been advised at the time of ordering. Most firms seem to have reasonable certainty and visibility as regards their supply chains.
2 It was also disappointing that this delivery date turned out to be TEN days after the day that the order had been placed these days, for anything other than bespoke items such as cars and furniture, its rare to have to wait longer than 3-4 working days.
