Hi! MyTub Staff.
Received my order, Sandringham Kitchen Mixer Tap very promptly, before expected in fact. Thank you for the very good service.

The service was overall good.
Nevertheless the delivery charges should be made clearer as no explanation is made that items could be delivered separatly and different charges can apply.

Only issue was the delivery time.....actually arrived this morning, but that was after I had chased you a couple of times and we were told it would be delivered Monday, and then yesterday late p.m. Would rather know if things are going to be delayed....
