Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Brilliant communication throughout. We got a message after ordering and paying that the item was no longer stocked but that they had sourced it from the manufacturer and would be able to fulfil the order. We then were updated re dispatch and delivery. First class!...

My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation...
