Delivered my items in good time, but had to contact the company to ascertain the delivery day, then found out that two aeration tubes were broken, i then contacted the company who then sent replacement parts but had to wait a week, then had to contact company again to ascertain delivery date again. My order was del professionally, It was not a straight forward product but I was
kept up to date with progress which did not take more than a few hours,
I got the impression this is a company that doesnt wait for a complaint before sorting out a problem,

Only niggle: I waited in on the estimated delivery day but received an email at 4pm saying it would in fact be the following day, thus wasting my time. Luckily, Im retired! Communications otherwise good....
