Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed. I was fully informed on progress practically on a daily basis and the item was actually delivered 6 days earlier than estimated. I am happy and particularly impressed with the level of customer service....

I'm happy to give you feedback as requested, here goes... Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple Order delivery - complete disaster, I rang 'my tub' to enquire after the delivery as the confirmed delivery date had been missed. Jeanette was surprosed to hear this as you had confirmation of signed delivery. I followed through with a call to the Kettering Plumb centre who also said it had been delivered - all very good but it had been delivered to the wrong address ! The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery The chaps at the plumb cent...

Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory. Also, the need to send emails via your web interface is annoying if you are not at a computer trying to do it from blackberry. ------------- ------------------------ Hello The goods you ordered are specialist commercial and not a common item.
