I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. I found the service excellent ordering at 2pm and having delivery for 9am the next day, especially as we required the thermocouple urgently, the only thing i would suggest is if the items could have had a picture also just make sure it looks the same because I found with my searches that my particular item varied a great deal for the same model fire and it would help tremendously to be confident of ordering the correct item.

Everything went very OK but delivery. I placed the order and made the payment on December 23rd, 2010, with a kind request for special care since it was kind of an emergency.
I received a message advising that delivery was CONFIRMED (not estimated) on DEC 30th (refer to my order), but actual delivery took finally place on JAN 7th.
You may agree that £25.20 fee for 15 days to cross the channel (I live in Paris) is difficult to accept for me especially during such a cold winter :-(
I certainly will not renew the experience, although you have good products at very competitive prices because one can not afford to wait for 15 days to have his heater fixed during winter time....
