Top notch for parts accuracy and delivery! I had a broken Mira shower constantly leaking. Other suppliers quoted 23 week delivery obsolete model, sir. MyTub found the part and promised 48 hour delivery for an extra £10 it was deivered the next day. Highly recommended....

I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress....
