I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Hi not impressed the courier service came when I was at work.. fair enough, but I went to pick the parcel up on friday I was told it had been returned to you on Friday 5 days after attempted delivery, despite the fact their card said seven working days after delivery.. so I had a 40 minute journey for nothing........ plus the fact the card they put the card though the door saying I could reschedule iit over the internet as long as I quoted the 12 digit code which was only 10 digits and the website would not accept... bad customer service on your couriers part...

They supplied me with difficult to find obsolete tap cartridges at an acceptable price. So I can keep my old taps that are still in excellent shape. Delivery was very quick. Thanks MyTub....
