My order arrived on the day specified, thanks. It would be useful if a text message was sent to indicate likely arrival time, I was just on the way out when the driver arrived, so nearly missed him....

Delivered when stated and all present and correct.
One minor concern - as with a previous order for the same part, the Securing Pin did NOT have a screw slot as shown in the diagram and description. I was able to use the previous pins, in which I had had to cut screw slots....

fantastic service - my shower supplier plumbcenter said the item was unavailable yet my tub found the item made by plumbcentre..! and sent it to my local plumbcenter branch - jeanette from my tub was very helpful and i would use them again...

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Very pleased with the Liff tap I ordered, thank you.
Christine was on the case and kept me informed and updated on the expected delivery date.
I fitted this replacement tap next day and it is working fine.
