Very good, fast service. Order delivered next day.
Only one note: a professional looking invoice in PDF format would be better than the simple e-mail invoice

Hello
If you login to your account then goto "my orders" click on the order you need details of and you will find a print invoice link which is just what I think your looking for.

While offering best value for this product, which is why I purchased, BUT delivery time of eight working days from order is simply too long for a business user. I will have to consider this delivery delay if ordering again.

Following damage on the first delivery the replacement arrived very well packed but still with two bent pins at the end of the bulb!!! This obviously did not happen in transit. It seems that a consignment delivered to you must have been damaged. I advise checking before delivery. I have managed to sort out a bulb so that it is usable and it seems OK.

We had quite a complex order, and both Karen and Deborah could not have been more helpful, even after we made changes at the last minute. ...
