Christine was helpful in liaising with the manufacturer to identify a suitable alternative that would work in my bathroom without drilling more holes in the tiles. Redeemed by good customer service Thanks Deborah after wrong product delivered.
The wrong product was delivered but after a call to Mytub the correct part was delivered a few days later. You find out how much a company values its customers when theres a problem to sort out and Im happy with they way Mytub dealt with correcting the mistake. Thank you....
