The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. I have recently received this order exactly on the day predicted - about 10 days after ordering, as warned.
It was a Vaillant VR61 mixer module. This communicates with the boiler eBUS and allows control of the domestic hot water valve at a high temp if required, and of TWO central heating zone valves. It replaced in my case a VR65 which will only do ONE central heating zone valve. This was unused though I had opened it to look at, but Mytub agreed to take it back with a 15% handling charge deduction if I packed it up in original packing. Very good of them, I thought.
The equipment itself is German and as with many Vaillant controls the instructions are a somewhat opaque translation! However I shall master them!! With the VRC430 weather compensating device, the system is said to be hig...

Order received early on the promised date. The toilet bowl was in perfect condition but, rather trivially, the connector bend was covered in black, sticky grains which were quite hard to remove. Took much washing and scrubbing to clean it, but otherwise it was functionally fine.
Found the whole process, from finding what I wanted on the website, to phoning up to clarify some details, through to receipt of goods, to be very straightforward and efficient. Will use Mytub as the first port of call for future purchases.
The delivery man was a real comedian, in the true sense of the word. On a par with Tim Vine for one-liners. Put me in a good mood for the rest of the day....
