Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. Great product, easy purchase.
Only neg, I stated for parcel to be left behind my bins on drive, message was not passed on, so I had to ring and request it for next day delivery....

Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull....

Excellent service form MyTub. Email communication very good, delivered the goods to the door of our house very quickly - even faster than stated in the emails. Radiators delivered were in good condition, and the correct parts. Price was better than competitors, will use MyTub again....
