I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. A very quick and efficient service, especially regarding checking as to whether an item is in stock.
One of my requests was the other was found to be no longer available but that didnt stop MyTub checking to see if it was available from other competitor suppliers. Thats what is called service!
