Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication....

The parts were just as we needed and arrived packed well and within good time.

would like to thank mytub for finding the part i needed so urgently it took a couple of weeks for the part to come but was well worth it as it was a very hard part and almost obbsolite part to get thank you mytub .....

Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped...
