Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. Faultless service and delighted to send this feedback...

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. The K1 Radiator panels arrived as per your advice. They fit OK and are exactly as described, being good value for money. The only criticism I have is that the packaging was dreadful. The corrugated cardboard they were packed in was completely missing at one end exposing the panels to possible scratching and damage. I pointed this out to your delivery man but he didnt seem too concerned. Luckily, on this occasion, the ends of the panels were not damaged, but it could happen next time....
