myTub can take a bow. it was a well organised buying experience from, start to finish. Their contact by email to your queries is better than most companies, on the Internet. Oh! by the way! I got an adaptor for the euro plug on the pump. Im still awaiting the instructions from the manufacturer. Which!..myTub was... in "No" way to blame for. I give you!.. 1010...for a job well done....

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! I ordered a boiler part fro my very old boiler and tried numerous places to get it, but had no joy, half expected as part is technically obsolete. So full marks to My tub, they managed to source and delivery part perfectly. Also kept me up to date with email messages when delays in orderdelivery, so very good service.
