Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! I knew I would have trouble trying to find the bathroom accessories as they were unavailable anywhere! However MyTub found the towel ring amongst their stock! They kept me informed of there search and the great outcome! They could have just said, sorry out of stock, discontinued, but no, they didnt give up and found the item!
