Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. I ordered connectors for taps from my Tub as they offered the best online price. My order took approximately a month to arrive presumably as the parts had to be ordered from Germany. They arrived safely. I was not in a rush so the time taken until delivery was not an issue. I was informed of the delayed delivery date. I would use my tub again....

Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.
