Easy to find the product I was seeking on the MyTub website. It was helpful having the product number against which to search. Five days including a weekend from order to delivery. Good communication including initial notification then confirmation of delivery date and information, when requested, of an approximate delivery time. The product looks good and I assume it will work well as our plumber had no problem fitting it. I would recommend....

The item I ordered was delivered on the day specified. I was kept informed every step of the way. As the item was a replacement part from a different manufacturer to the original part the electrical connections were in different places and as such I thought there could have been better wiring instructions supplied. Having said that I would definitely use this company in the future if the need arose....

Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was. It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it. But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place. I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right. Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy. ...
