Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Top rate service and keen prices will mean me looking here first for future product requirements. Although it needed a little searching to find what I wanted on the web site, if you know what you want, you can probably find it here....

Disappointing delivery. After having had the delivery date altered, the date was finally confirmed but it was not delivered. Christine went out of her way to resolve the problem and keep me informed about the progress, which I appreciate. In the end, and with Christines help, I had to go to the carrier and collect the order. Not ideal I would say, and it seems like your carrier let you down. Other than that I was satisfied with the process....

Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. Good price nd arrived on time once despatched but a lot of faffing about because you forgot the price quoted on the invoice which I ad didnt include delivery which then had to be paid separately....

Your price was competitive but the item took longer to arrive than I would have expected. I suspect that it wasn't actually in stock and had to be sourced. Apart from that, no problems. Item fitted and all working well....
