Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was.
It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it.
But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place.
I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right.
Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy.

Working with you was a wonderful experience. While we were able to find the part we needed at a number of plumbing supply stores, not one would ship to the United States. Thank you for all your help in tracking down our part and shipping it to us in New York. We greatly appreciate all your help.

Delighted with delivery timescale for the item I ordered which I could not get anywhere else under 4 weeks. myTub a bit more pricey though...

Took some time to get the product but this turned out not to be the fault of My Tub. This item is now out of manufacture but they still managed to find one so well done My Tub. Once it was located and in stock they gave me a delivery date and kept to it.
No complaints on any level of system, product or service.
