Order came on the day expected, but a week for a small part could be improved.
Part is slightly dented, not as a result of delivery, qa before packing would be good.
I havent fitted the part yet so hopefully the dent wont affect installation...

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. They were quick to respond to questions and phoned to confirm the delivery time. Product also arrived with no issues. ...

Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.
