I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. Slight issue with wrong item being delivered, however manufacturers fault and not My Tub. Excellent correspondence throughout. Cant fault the customer service, especially Jeannette who was very helpful. Many thanks and would not hesitate to recommend this company....
