Rachel was excellent in proactively tracking down the part we required before any other company could get it to us. She was a pleasure to deal with and demonstrated excellent customer service, a skill that is unfortunately so hard to find these days. Thanks Rachel....

Excellent service throughout. Including availability information, order processing, delivery and then resolving a problem caused by me ordering the wrong item by mistake and then arranging the return and supply of the replacement promptly. ...

Straightforward website and I congratulate you on your order tracking system. Many thanks for emailing me as requested with the confirmed delivery date for the bath - this greatly facilitated delivery.
The company that made the delivery had oddly removed all packaging, but the bath seems to have survived the experience. ...

Although I did not find your website that easy to navigate, your Customer Services staff were very helpdful. They gave me the exact information that I needed to place my order. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the price of the items that I ordered through yourselves, and delivered by Plumb Centre, and the much higher prices shown for the same items on the Plumb Centre website!...
