Order successfuly and helpfully delivered.
Order apparently complete but not yet installed.
The whole process so far efficient and very satisfactory.
Thank you....

Good prices but chaotic delivery. First one item had to be substituted and then another was out of stock despite being initially in stock. That was out of an order of only 3 items. All took many days.

recieved item thank you, the only issue i have is that we paid the £7.50 for a quicker delivery and but it still took approx 8 working days.
Apart from this i am sure we will use you again....

Efficient support team provided prompt response to my enquiry on the product availability. Ordering was very simple with quick email confirmation and several updates on the timing of delivery. The product arrived within 5 days. Excellent service all round....

Order received early on the promised date. The toilet bowl was in perfect condition but, rather trivially, the connector bend was covered in black, sticky grains which were quite hard to remove. Took much washing and scrubbing to clean it, but otherwise it was functionally fine.
Found the whole process, from finding what I wanted on the website, to phoning up to clarify some details, through to receipt of goods, to be very straightforward and efficient. Will use Mytub as the first port of call for future purchases.
The delivery man was a real comedian, in the true sense of the word. On a par with Tim Vine for one-liners. Put me in a good mood for the rest of the day....

Great service at a great price. Liked the fact that the item description made it very clear that pre-2003 models needed to order a new seat as well as the hinges. Advice was spot on. Cheers....

The parts were delivered when promised, all communication prior to delivery was helpful in managing my expectations.
Parts appear to be correct, though not yet fitted.
Would recommend MyTub to others.
Regards,
David...
