Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. Some good, some bad: 3 estimated delivery dates came and went before my order was delivered. The comunication was good and regular and reponded to my concerns. would have been better to know what the hold was through this delay. I will use again but not for anything urgent....

I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything,how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are . ...
