I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. After ordering a toilet seat that was not for a standard sized toilet bowl that didnt fit. Your customer service was exceptional. A new seat was sent out and the other one picked up for me very quickly. It is so good nowadays to get help and advice that is needed. Well done!
Although in no way your fault, I think next time I might be better changing my toilet so a standard seat will fit, rather than replacing a seat at £92.

your service and communication have been excellent and products and website are good to! I would guess delivery out of your hands at this point but delivery was confirmed for 12/01/2018 but didnt arrive until 15/01/2018 but wasnt a problem for me!
