The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory.
Also, the need to send emails via your web interface is annoying if you are not at a computer trying to do it from blackberry.
