Dear Sir or Madam My experiences have been very bad as this is the first time I have dealt with your company and I had to wait 17 days for a few fittings to be delivered.. 1 fitting arrived after about 10 days and the others were " lost in transit " I dealt with a lady called Christine who was very pleasant and helpful but the lost in transit business didnt wash with me as Ive been in business for over 20 yrs !! When I placed my order there was an initial blip with regard to delay in the delivery date However, this was very quickly resolved. The interest for the customers needs was noteworthy and reassuring. Two members of the staff need special mention--- Deborah and Christine whose dedication to my requirements was exceptional. THEY ARE BOTH A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY and need recognition....

Thanks for your help with this The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages Then when I got the right product number I was unsure how to get the old one off Then I could not source a replacement I found your add on line Found the right part Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions Bought the part, it arrived quickly and is fitted Excellent service Thanks ...

Hello sir, Tuesday I received the parcel. I would like to thank you for the service.The CD with the software for the Diagnostics for the Vaillant boiler Vrdialog 8102 is very out of date. Its the version 2.2. by 2006. On the internet can I find the version 2.5, but there are already the VrDIALOG 8102 version 2.8.0.3 but I cant download it. My computer works with windows 7 and this version works only with windows XP. Christine, of you company, did provide the upgrade to version 2.8.0.3. Already my thanks. With best regards. G.
