Order was not delivered on the day specified in the order update e-mail which was very inconvenient as someone had to wait in all day. However when we raised this issue we did receive a quick response and the sink arrived the next day. The sink is great and as described although we were a little surprised that it arrived with no protective packaging. In this instance the sink wasnt damaged but it would be very easy for a sink like this to be damaged in transit without any protective packaging.

I needed this component in a hurry so went with who ever had it in stock. £12 for a five day delivery time is expensive for what is a small part especially as the order was actually fulfilled by a company local to me a few miles away in West London and not by the company I ordered from who are based in the North East. Ill be looking more closely at local suppliers in future....

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Excellent value and helpful friendly staff, but i was told i had to pick up from Camden as it was fragile. I then had to wait a long time for it to be delivered to the pick up point, but then , a change of mind and it was delivered direct to my door, so, it was a good service.

Part was just under average in price.
Emails about orderpickeddispatched all appreciated.
Delivered within a few days of ordering.
Only complaint would be ridiculously high delivery charge. Over £12 for a jiffy bag through standard post hurt....
