I am very happy with my order and the way it was dispatched. There was a slight delay due to the Christmas and New Year period. I was kept well informed throughout and once into the new year my order was dispatched. I would recommend myTub for heating supplies....

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient.
