Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed.
I was fully informed on progress practically on a daily basis and the item was actually delivered 6 days earlier than estimated. I am happy and particularly impressed with the level of customer service....

I ordered some coals for a gas fire which included delivery, but due to the delicate nature of the coals you would not deliver I dont know why you show something on you web site that you cannot deliver. You then had to re credit me for the delivery cost. The item was then sent to another distributer which I had to collect from.
All this took me numerous phone calls and over a weeks wait I would have been better going straight to the local distributer....

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... I had been searching for ages for a thermostat for our boiler, but it seems our boiler is so old that there are no thermostats available that fit our model anymore. Almost about to give up, I contacted mytub. Laurie was super helpful, and found two separate parts we could purchase, and put together to fit our boiler model. The parts arrived last week, and now we finally have a working thermostat on our boiler :-. Laurie was really really helpful-thank you!...
