I was struggling to find a replacement for my toilet pan and then found out they were no longer made by Ideal Standard. I was lucky enough to have the model number and searched for it on my computer. Immediately I found what I wanted on you site. I ordered it on Friday at 4.30pm and it was delivered by 10.15 am on the Monday. Fantastic service, good price and the pan was exactly the one I wanted. Fantastic service! I needed a part for a boiler and the website search allowed me to find it very quickly - it seemed quite rare on other sites. Not only that but the price was excellent and free delivery included! I tried to phone the order in but was told the site was down but to email for a delivery estimate and then order online. I noted the urgency since it was January and that I have a young family. The part arrived within 24 hours and the boiler was fired up and working properly within 25!

Excellent service in terms of updates on the expected delivery date to the store where I picked up the item. The lead time was a bit longer than I might of hoped but I was warned of that as soon as the order was placed and so not a great problem. Excellent value for money - about half the price of other quotes I had for the identical item....

I am very disapointed by the service you offered to the extent I would postively recommend others not to use your company.
To advertise products for sale, then not be able to deliver them till over 30 days after the order has been placed is not acceptable.
To insist that when buying two products it is necessary to pay seperate postage on both seems unreasonable.
When the issues were raised, the staff spoken to seemed very uninterested as it was my problem not theirs and they also did not appear to have read the messages sent to them.
