Took 2weeks to deliver, took money from my account straight away. When I advised them I no longer needed the part as my plumber had to go else where to carry on with my boiler repair, I was the one who had to pay for the return charge. Very disappointed an will not be returning to use this site!!...

The prices were very competitive,and although the order was delivered correctly on the day promised, it was well over three weeks after the order was placed. This is very unusual in this day and age, and there was no indication before I placed the order that delivery times might be that long. I will make sure I enquire about delivery times BEFORE I place an order in future - had I known, I would probably have looked elsewhere to see if there qwas a supplier who could deliver more quickly - even if it cost a little more.

I inquired about the Matrix for a Focal Point gas fire as I wasn't sure if it was the correct one and kindly MYtub assistants enquired for me to Focal Point to make sure it was the correct part. I then ordered the part and could trace its progress on Mytubs web site, which I found very useful. Mytub kept me up to date on the order through emails also. I quickly received the part via a courier which was very well packaged as the parts were delicate and were in perfect condition. Thank you Mytub....

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. I was disappointed that you didnt have the toilet seats that I ordered but the alternatives you found for me are excellent. With all the different styles and shapes of toilets it is really hard for the ordinary person to go into a shop and pick one of the shelf and be sure that it will fit properly. These ones are perfect and are of outstanding quality.
