We placed this order on 3 December but did not receive the goods finally until the third week in February. The delay seemed to be largely due to the manufacturer (Twyfords).
However, it was not evident from your website or during the ordering process that these goods were not in stock. Neither was the likelihood of such a lengthy delay in delivery made clear.
I feel this kind of issue ought to be highlighted to potential purchasers in some way....

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient. Steve Marshall particularly. I had been let down by another company so I tried myTub. The bath I wanted was out of stock at the manufacturer but Steve suggested a replacement. I placed my order on Thursday. I needed the bath by the Monday and it turned up the next day, Friday!! Admittedly the bath suggested was quite a bit more expensive but time was of the essence. Thank you again for such good service. ...
