Hi As this was the first time I have used my tub I was not aware of what kind of service I was going to experience ,however I should not have worried as your service and feedback have been first class,although I have a few issues with the product my tub are addressing them and keeping me informed.
Yes I will have no problem dealing with my tub again and would recommend the company to any person that I know

Very pleased with the service of this company, as wed had difficulty sourcing the item locally. I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything,how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are . ...
