The boiler flue part I ordered from mytub arrived by courier on the promised day and time. However, when I opened the box on the evening I found the part was damaged. As I had not checked the part when it was delivered I was expecting a lot of hassle to get it changed. However, how wrong can you be After just one e-mail to notify mytub of the damage they quickly resolved the issue by delivering a replacement part to me and arranging for the courier to pick up the damaged part, and all this on the day before a bank holiday weekend! Due to their brilliant after sales service and good prices I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs. Companies who treat their customers like this deserve to succeed. Give them a try, Im sure you wont be disappointed.

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. It was unfortunate that the first delivery of my item was lost in transit but full marks to myTub as they kept in helpful communication with me and sent a replacement item shortly after me reporting the non-delivery. I thoroughly recommend this company for their efficient and friendly service....

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. These two ladies are a credit to your business and are the foundation open which successful businesses are built.
