We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Having tried various plumbing merchants for N12 6 [6mm od] copper elbows with no luck I tried My Tub who had them in stock. The sales person was extremely helpful and the parts were delivered quicker than was specified. All in all a great experience with My Tub. Highly recommended....
