Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging.
In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!!
Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery!

I have made two seperate orders for radiators and both have arrived when advised without any problems.I think the email contact with Laurie is excellent. The website could be easier to navigate and a few more pictures of the products would help the non professional....

Very good service goods arrived earlier than expected.
I would suggest that if you can get the goods out as quickly as you did you should advise the customer of this.
i expected the delivery in 45 days and received it next day there are a number of instances where given a 4 day delivery i would have looked elsewhere...

Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem. My only negative comment would be that the website or the part that I was searching could do with more photographs....
