I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. well pleased bath delivered as stated - nice people to phone & are actually very helpful maybe they can give some pointers to british gas or bt on a part time basis.the only downside was the delivery driver who looked thoroughly hacked off but there again he was a londoner....

I was very impressed by the fact that the swing arm which Id ordered arrived within 24 hours of your receiving the order made on Saturday on the Monday morning. Our plumber would have been happier if it had been accompanied by suitable boltsscrews to fix it with but that wasnt actually a problem.
