I have only good to say about the execution of my order. I was kept informed of how my order was progressing, it was delivered within a few days of ordering, and was delivered the on the date I was told and within the time scale on the day. The young lady on the telephone when I first enquired was very helpful and the young man who delivered it was very polite and carried the parcel, which was a sink and quite heavy, into the house. Thank you to all concerned and I would not hesitate to use My Tub again....

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Required replacement aerators for Magiglo open basket gas fire. This company had them in stock at a reasonable price in comparison to other firms. Ordered and was impressed by the customer care with continually update e mails on progress of the order. Delivery was personally carried out by the company and not by courier or post office which meant that the delicate fragile aerators had not been thrown about in transit. Good to see that in this day and age that a company still had Customer care at heart....

Order arrived very quickly. The basket looks good and is now up in the shower. I bought it because it said rustproof and has a 15 year guarantee. It will take time to assess this but Is brass with a chrome finish so it should be fine....
