Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple
Order delivery - complete disaster, I rang 'my tub' to enquire after the delivery as the confirmed delivery date had been missed. Jeanette was surprosed to hear this as you had confirmation of signed delivery.
I followed through with a call to the Kettering Plumb centre who also said it had been delivered - all very good but it had been delivered to the wrong address !
The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery

Although item being out of stock I was always kept up to date with status and delivery was as scheduled. Excellent customer service....

Hi
Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging.
In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!!
Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery!

Product as advertised however for the amount of postage paid i would have expected it to have arrived the next working day not 4 days later...

Order fulfilled quickly and it arrived well packaged delivered by courier. The matrix replaced the original which had developed some hairline cracking. The price was fair and my order was dealt with efficiently....

All seemed to go very well until the delivery didnt turn up on the promised day. I chased it and Customer Service was very helpful and the basin turned up a working-day late, so all was well in the end.
