Very pleased with the service of this company, as wed had difficulty sourcing the item locally. There was a slight delay in it arriving but I was kept informed of the situation all along, so it wasnt a concern. I rang prior to placing my order and was told it was in stock and if ordered would be with me in 2 or 3 working days, I placed the order and was emailed with the confirmation giving a much later delivery date, this was disappointing but I had paid and the price was good so left the order as it was. The screen arrived on Friday as stated and within the time I requested and I am pleased with the item. However because of the delay between when I was originally told I would receive the item and when we eventually did some inconvenience was caused.

Thanks to you all for supplying the item that Robinson Willey told me was unobtainable, promptly. This will enable me to safely use my obsolete gas fire for many more years to come. Thanks again for promptly replacing the first item which was supplied damaged. Please can i suggest that as the item needed to be inspected for suitability, damage, and collected from your local supplier, by myself, due to its fragile nature, that it is supplied in packaging that can be easily opened and resecured to facilitate this. After inspection, the salesman was unable to repackage the item in its original box, and had to provide a different cardboard box.... ...ALAN RUSH
