Absolutly brilliant service.
when they say they will do they do - delivery happens costs are good and price check is honoured.
Kept informed at all stages and apologise if something is not quite 100% even though its not critical or detremental.

The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!

Required replacement aerators for Magiglo open basket gas fire. This company had them in stock at a reasonable price in comparison to other firms. Ordered and was impressed by the customer care with continually update e mails on progress of the order. Delivery was personally carried out by the company and not by courier or post office which meant that the delicate fragile aerators had not been thrown about in transit. Good to see that in this day and age that a company still had Customer care at heart....
