Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. Excellent service with delivery on the date promised. Great communication at all times.
Only gripe I have is that with buying Armitage Shanks products I would have expected that they would have the company name embossed on them as in the past. To me Armitage Shanks is a quality product, the reason I bought them in the first place and I have also written to them to that effect with feedback.

This order was a complete disaster. I originally ordered these coals to be delivered to my door, before I was then told I had to collect them from a warehouse. That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered....
