Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. Cant recommend this company highly enough .I brought an ideal standard toilet,40% cheaper than I had found anywhere else .It was delivered within 48 hours and there was excellent communication and information from both Mytub and its couriers.I would most Definately use this company again....

Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. Kept me well informed throughout the refund process even though it ended up being a non sale for them. Cheers...
